Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure for our Machine Learning solutions
  • Build and maintain comprehensive metrics and measurement systems to evaluate ML model performance and business impact
  • Implement causal inference models and multi-touch attribution systems tracking
  • Build and implement revenue potential assessment models and product sizing methodologies
  • Research and prototype novel experimentation techniques addressing complex challenges like user behavior variability and data limitations
  • Work closely with Product Managers, ML Engineers, and stakeholders to execute projects from conception to production
  • Support strategic decision-making through rigorous statistical analysis and modeling

Experience Requirements:

  • Master's degree with 4+ years of industry experience, OR PhD with 2+ years of industry experience
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field
  • Fluent in SQL and Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and system development
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • A/B testing design, implementation, and statistical analysis
  • Causal inference methodologies
  • Attribution modeling and measurement frameworks
  • Machine learning model evaluation and performance monitoring
  • Statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Experience Requirements:

  • Prior experience in advertising industry and real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystem
  • Background in econometrics or marketing mix modeling
  • Experience with large-scale data systems and cloud platform.

Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York, NY, is expected to be between $190,000 ~ $225,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
