Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments to discover and characterize protein-based therapeutic candidates for immunological targets
- Develop, optimize, and interpret in vitro and cell-based assays to evaluate activity, mechanism, and selectivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data science and computational teams to advance programs toward key milestones
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear recommendations for next steps
- Contribute to experimental strategy, study design, and troubleshooting to accelerate discovery timelines
- Communicate results effectively in team meetings and written reports, supporting decision-making across projects
- Stay current with emerging scientific literature and apply new approaches to strengthen our discovery platform

Background + Experience
- Undergraduate and/or graduate level education focused on (molecular or cell) biology, protein sciences, immunology, biophysics, biochemistry, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience executing bench research in a scientific lab
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate experimental data
