Where you’ll add value:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable, production-ready AI applications – from proof of concept to long-term optimization
  • Develop clean, efficient, and modular code in Python, following best practices
  • Apply cutting-edge techniques in prompt engineering, semantic search, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems
  • Contribute to the development of intelligent architectures integrating LLMs with real-world data and enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. SAP, IoT, VR/MR, Web) in an international environment
  • Communicate results and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of the curve by actively exploring emerging AI/ML trends and sharing knowledge within the team

This job is for you if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models to production, including projects involving LLMs
  • Strong knowledge of Python (clean code, OOP, code reviews, ML libraries)
  • Solid understanding of NLP techniques and tools, both classical and LLM-based
  • Experience working with vector databases, semantic search engines, embeddings, RAG architecture, and agent-based systems
  • Hands-on experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Skills in prompt engineering and LLM optimization
  • Familiarity with Docker
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on solution quality
  • A proactive and creative approach to solving business problems
  • Strong communication skills with both technical teams and clients
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • A university degree in IT, Data Science, or a related field

Nice to have:

  • Background in consulting companies and direct client interaction
  • Familiarity with MLOps methodologies and tools
  • Experience with fine-tuning LLMs
  • Integration of AI/ML solutions with business systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Experience working with the Databricks platform
  • GitHub portfolio showcasing your work
  • German language skills

The recruitment process is fully remote and consists of just two stages:

  • After an initial review of applications, our recruiter will reach out to selected candidates for a short phone call
  • In the second stage, you’ll meet us via Microsoft Teams – you’ll talk with two team members, including the Team Leader, so that you get a full understanding of the position
