- check_circle Increase win rates and expansion by elevating technical discovery, demos, and POCs
- check_circle Shape go‑to‑market by partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX, RevOps, and Sales Enablement to bring customer signal into product strategy
- check_circle Establish best‑in‑class demo assets, tooling, and narratives to demonstrate value at scale
Responsibilities
- check_circle Manage, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers supporting AMER Mid‑Market AEs
- check_circle Set standards for discovery, demo excellence, POCs, and technical validation
- check_circle Guide customers on IAM/SSO, DLP/SIEM considerations, and API usage to support advanced workflows
- check_circle Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires with precise, timely detail
- check_circle Represent Notion with customers and at industry events; contribute to technical content and field enablement
- check_circle 5+ years as a high‑performing Solutions/Sales Engineer, including leadership experience mentoring or managing SEs
- check_circle Technical depth in SaaS integrations and platform architecture, with the ability to explain and apply APIs in real workflows
- check_circle Strong executive presence and customer communication; proven partnership with Sales, Product, and Marketing
- check_circle Demonstrated project leadership and a growth mindset in fast‑changing environments
- check_circle Curiosity and fluency with rapidly evolving AI technology and its practical applications in productivity
- check_circle You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
