The Inference and Agentic AI team operates as a cross functional unit spanning engineering, product, data science, business management, and sales, and owns the full lifecycle of AI solutions from opportunity discovery to deployment and scale.

Pre-Sales Manager | Paytm AI

Key Responsibilities
πŸ”Ή Partner with Enterprise Sales teams to understand client requirements and map them to Paytm AI solutions.
πŸ”Ή Conduct discovery sessions, identify business challenges, and create solution recommendations.
πŸ”Ή Deliver customized product demos, solution walkthroughs, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for enterprise clients.
πŸ”Ή Act as a technical advisor, addressing product, integration, architecture, and implementation-related queries.
πŸ”Ή Create solution documents, proposal inputs, RFP responses, technical FAQs, and sales enablement assets.
πŸ”Ή Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Business teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
πŸ”Ή Capture client feedback and provide insights to improve product capabilities and customer experience.
πŸ”Ή Support enterprise deal closures through strong solutioning, stakeholder management, and technical consulting.

Ideal Candidate
βœ” 3–6 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Product Consulting, or Enterprise Technology roles.
βœ” Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and solution design.
βœ” Experience supporting demos, POCs, RFPs, technical workshops, and enterprise sales cycles.
βœ” Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
βœ” Passion for AI, Automation, Enterprise Software, and Digital Transformation.

Skills & Qualifications
βœ” Strong experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Enterprise Solutioning.
βœ” Good understanding of APIs, CRM platforms, databases, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.
βœ” Ability to create solution designs, integration workflows, POCs, demos, and technical proposals.
βœ” Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
βœ” Ability to simplify complex AI, automation, and technology concepts for enterprise clients.
βœ” Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
βœ” Hands-on experience with productivity, CRM, and collaboration tools.

Educational Qualification
πŸŽ“ Must Have: Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institution (IITs, SRCC, St. Stephen's, BITS Pilani, NITs, etc.)
πŸŽ“ Preferred: MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, ISB, etc.)
