We are looking for our next talented Research Data Scientist to join our team.
In this role, the ideal candidate should have:
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software for data processing
- Apply advanced statistical, machine, and deep learning techniques to extract insights and build predictive models from large and complex datasets
- Prepare and present research findings, including visualizations, reports, and publications, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that could enhance the decision-making process
- Work closely with project stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals
- Participate in Project meetings
- Contribute to project deliverables, and progress reports
- Adapt to the Agile way of working
**Requirements
Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering
- Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
2+ years in similar position
Professional
- Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with setting up Hyperparameter tuning loops
- Experience with TensorRT / Triton Inference Server
- Experience with Databases (SQL & NoSQL)
- Experience with timeseries data analysis and processing
- Experience with modelling/simulation/control of dynamical systems
- Experience in MLOps
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., git)

- Proven ability to manage tasks and issues, meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and take corrective action in a proactive manner where appropriate
