About the team
We’re on a mission to lead the industry in advanced analytics and AI, delivering smarter products, services, and experiences for our customers. Our cross-functional team, consisting of Data Scientist, Data and Platform Engineers and a Product Manager, combines deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation. Together, we design scalable solutions that use statistics, machine learning, and GenAI to solve real business challenges across the bank.
Your role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll work hands-on with data, models, and analyses across the bank. You´ll develop, apply, and improve data science and machine learning models. You´ll explore analytical approaches to business challenges and evaluate what will create the most value. You´ll work across the entire data science lifecycle, from idea and exploration to deployment and evaluation. You´ll collaborate closely with your colleagues to understand business challenges, explore analytical approaches, and help implement effective solutions. You’ll play an important role in communicate insights clearly and effectively, ensuring decisions are grounded in data.
In this role, you’ll have the freedom to explore new analytical questions, the support of experienced colleagues, and opportunities to experiment with new tools, methods, and techniques.

Skills & Requirements
Your profile
You hold a Master’s degree, PhD, or similar experience in a quantitative field and have experience working as a Data Scientist, preferably in banking or finance. You have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working with data to understand complex questions and develop analytical solutions. You also have strong skills in Python and SQL for analysis, modelling, and production workflows.
For this role, we believe you have:
- Applied knowledge of statistics and mathematics, ideally with a focus on machine learning.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Experience with large language models or retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) is a plus.
- Swedish language skills — or a willingness to learn.
