זוהי הזדמנות מצוינת לעבוד עם טכנולוגיות מתקדמות בחזית החדשנות ולהוביל פרויקטים פורצי דרך בתחום הבינה המלאכותית. במסגרת התפקיד תהיה לך הזדמנות לחדש, לפתור בעיות מורכבות ולפתח פתרונות מבוססי ארכיטקטורת RAG, מערכות Agents Mesh, הבנת מסמכים חכמה (Intelligent Document Understanding), חילוץ וניתוח כוונות מפניות למוקדי שירות ועוד.

תחומי אחריות:

  • תכנון, פיתוח והטמעה של מנועי Generative AI, בדגש על יישומי Agents ומערכות RAG.
  • הנחיה מקצועית של הצוות בנוגע לשיטות עבודה מומלצות (Best Practices) בתחום ה-GenAI וביצוע Benchmarking למדדי ביצוע טכנולוגיים (KPI) של מקרי שימוש שונים.
  • עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם צוותים חוצי-ארגון לצורך הבנת צרכים עסקיים ותרגומם לפתרונות טכנולוגיים.
  • אופטימיזציה ושיפור ביצועים של סוכנים גנרטיביים (Generative Agents) לצורך ביצועים גבוהים ויכולת גדילה (Scalability).
  • התעדכנות שוטפת במגמות, חידושים ופיתוחים בתחום הבינה המלאכותית היוצרת.

דרישות התפקיד:

  • תואר ראשון או שני במדעי המחשב, הנדסה או תחום רלוונטי אחר.
  • לפחות שנתיים ניסיון בתחום Generative AI, עם דגש משמעותי על פיתוח ויישום Agents.
  • לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח תוכנה ובבניית מערכות Enterprise בעלות עומסים גבוהים (High Throughput) ובהיקפים גדולים.
  • הבנה מעמיקה של מודלי יסוד (Foundation Models), הנדסת פרומפטים (Prompt Engineering), סינון תכנים (Content Filtering) ועבודה עם מודלים מתקדמים בסביבת Production כגון Claude, GPT ו-Gemini.
  • שליטה מלאה ב-Python וניסיון בעבודה עם ספריות ומסגרות Machine Learning כגון TensorFlow, PyTorch או מקבילותיהן.
  • ניסיון בעיבוד מקדים של נתונים (Data Preprocessing), הנדסת מאפיינים (Feature Engineering) ושיטות להערכת ביצועי מודלים (Model Evaluation).
