Role overview
- Own ML projects end-to-end, manage communication with ML leadership and various stakeholders to make sure projects are delivered according to requirements and resource / time constraints.
- Design and build scalable machine learning services.
- Research, design, implement and validate cutting-edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Collaborate with data platform, product and MLOPs engineers to implement ML/AI based solutions.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize inference services on autoscaling fleets with GPUs and specialized inference hardware.
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent experience in the space.
- 5+ years of machine learning research experience.
- 3+ years of NLP experience focusing on neural network approaches (BERT, BART, RoBERTa, etc.)
- 3+ years of cloud computing experience (preferably AWS).
- Comfortable with modern tools for building ML pipelines, including data processing, training, inference, and evaluation.
- Solid knowledge of Git, Docker.
- Good Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Proficiency with frameworks and models such as Pytorch, Torchserve, TensorFlow, TF Serving, Kubeflow, MLflow.
- Experience contributing and maintaining python monorepos.
- Good knowledge of Object oriented Programming
