YOUR IMPACT
You will deploy, operate, and support a production-grade AI/ML platform that powers enterprise machine learning and generative AI workloads.
You will act as the key technical expert and focal point for ML platforms, GPU environments, and AI-driven systems across complex client environments. Your primary focus is resolving full-stack client issues to ensure the successful operation of AI systems in production. You will troubleshoot technical challenges, execute platform upgrades, and support advanced MLOps pipelines - including Kubernetes-based environments, GPU infrastructure, and serverless AI workloads. By automating and simplifying these workflows, you will enable clients to streamline their AI journey from initial concept to full production.
Your work will provide the robust platform foundations necessary for enterprises to deliver scalable analytics, accelerate AI adoption, and drive meaningful, lasting business impact.
Based in Herzliya, you’ll work closely with engineers, product teams, and technical experts across QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey’s global community. Beyond platform deployments, you’ll collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, designers, and technologists on interdisciplinary initiatives, contributing to a broader ecosystem of AI innovation. Together, you’ll help operationalize advanced AI systems across industries, driving successful delivery, validation, and adoption in client environments. You'll also contribute to team knowledge-sharing - documenting patterns, refining delivery practices, and supporting colleagues across engagements.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related field
5+ years of experience in MLOps, infrastructure engineering, or technical operations for cloud-native or AI/ML platforms
Experience working in client-facing, SLA-driven environments
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across infrastructure, orchestration, and application layers
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster operations, scheduling, networking, and Helm-based deployments
Experience troubleshooting production distributed systems and containerized environments
Familiarity with ML pipeline orchestration platforms such as Kubeflow Pipelines (KFP), Airflow, MLflow, MLRun, or equivalent
Experience with serverless/FaaS platforms such as AWS Lambda, Knative, or Nuclio
Working knowledge of object storage systems (S3, MinIO), Docker, container registries, and infrastructure operations
Familiarity with GPU infrastructure and LLM serving frameworks such as vLLM, NVIDIA NIM, or Triton is a plus
Strong communication skills, both in local language and English
