Responsibilities
- check_circle Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging capabilities such as Build Agent, Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and related technologies.
- check_circle Remain hands-on in solution architecture, design reviews, technical problem solving, proof of concepts, and complex AI implementations
- check_circle Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities across business processes, workflows, and platform services to maximize business value.
- check_circle Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and industry trends, providing recommendations on how they can be applied within the organization.
- check_circle Clear communicator and problem solver
Basic qualifications
- 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including solution design, development, platform engineering, or architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, particularly in designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using Now Assist and/or agentic AI capabilities
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE and Fluent developments
