Senior AI Engineer
Role overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to help shape and deliver the next generation of AI-powered solutions across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, MLOps, and AWS cloud services, building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions that drive meaningful business impact.
As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in designing AI architectures, developing intelligent applications, and establishing best practices that advance our AI capabilities across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- check_circle Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and Machine Learning solutions, including Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
- check_circle Build AI solutions using modern architectures such as RAG, AI Agents, vector search, and enterprise knowledge assistants.
- check_circle Develop and optimize AI applications on AWS using services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and S3.
- check_circle Lead the implementation of robust MLOps and LLMOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- check_circle Design and develop APIs, integrations, and cloud-native services that enable AI capabilities across the business.
- check_circle Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with responsible AI and governance standards.
- check_circle Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams while mentoring colleagues and promoting engineering best practice
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience delivering production AI and Machine Learning solutions in cloud environments.
- Strong Python development skills and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, or vector search technologies.
- Experience designing and supporting MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and model lifecycle management.
- Strong AWS experience, including services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and S3.
- Experience with modern software engineering practices, including APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
