Role overview

Responsibilities

• check_circle Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and Machine Learning solutions, including Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
• check_circle Build AI solutions using modern architectures such as RAG, AI Agents, vector search, and enterprise knowledge assistants.
• check_circle Develop and optimize AI applications on AWS using services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and S3.
• check_circle Lead the implementation of robust MLOps and LLMOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
• check_circle Design and develop APIs, integrations, and cloud-native services that enable AI capabilities across the business.
• check_circle Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with responsible AI and governance standards.
• check_circle Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams while mentoring colleagues and promoting engineering best practice

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience delivering production AI and Machine Learning solutions in cloud environments.
• Strong Python development skills and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, or vector search technologies.
• Experience designing and supporting MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and model lifecycle management.
• Strong AWS experience, including services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and S3.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices, including APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
