AI Engineer – Claude, ChatGPT & AI Software Development SpecialistJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer specializing in Claude, ChatGPT, and AI-powered software development to design, develop, integrate, and optimize intelligent applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and modern software development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using OpenAI ChatGPT APIs, Anthropic Claude APIs, and other LLM platforms.
• Build AI assistants, chatbots, AI agents, automation systems, and intelligent software products.
• Develop and optimize prompts, system instructions, tool-use workflows, and structured AI outputs.
• Integrate LLMs with existing web, mobile, enterprise, and SaaS applications.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using vector databases and knowledge bases.
• Build AI agents capable of using APIs, databases, external tools, and business systems.
• Design scalable backend services and APIs for AI applications.
• Evaluate model performance, accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Implement safeguards, validation, monitoring, and testing for AI-generated outputs.
• Work with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Stay current with developments in generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI developer tools.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs and Anthropic Claude APIs.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, and context management.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Experience developing backend applications and AI services.
• Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or comparable AI development frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern software development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool/function calling.
• Experience with multimodal AI, including text, image, audio, and document processing.
• Knowledge of machine learning and NLP concepts.
• Experience deploying production-grade AI applications.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
