Do you want to be at the heart of some of the biggest and most ambitious AI & Data projects?
Technology & Transformation: How do you make intelligent, future-proof decisions in a world where change is the one constant? That's exactly what you'll help our clients to do. You'll build trusted relationships with business stakeholders - and use the most exciting new technologies available - to create data-driven programmes that transform their organisations.
Your advice will help clients position their organisations to succeed in an ever-evolving marketplace.
Connect to your career at Deloitte
Deloitte drives progress. Using our vast range of expertise, we help our clients' become leaders wherever they choose to compete. To do this, we invest in outstanding people. We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.
What brings us all together at Deloitte? It’s how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.
Connect to your opportunity
We are seeking to hire talented AI Engineers(s) within our AI Scaling and Transformation team, which is a centre of excellence in Deloitte's Engineering, AI & Data service offering.
You will work alongside clients, third parties, and Deloitte teams from across the Firm, supporting a wide range of international and market-leading organisations as they harness the power of AI to drive innovation and deliver business value. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that leverage advanced data and AI technologies to solve real-world challenges, optimise operations, and unlock new opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you will combine technical expertise with collaborative problem-solving, helping to design, build, and deploy robust AI solutions that make a measurable difference for our clients. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and grow your career in a dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking environment.
As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative AI and data solutions for our clients. In this role, you may be expected to:
- * Work closely with client stakeholders and Deloitte leadership to understand business challenges and contribute to the design and delivery of data and AI solutions that address their needs.
- * Take ownership of the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models, data pipelines, and analytics solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- * Support the deployment and operationalisation of AI systems, focusing on performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- * Research, assess, and apply emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery and integration of AI solutions.
- * Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior team members, promoting a culture of learning, innovation, and delivery excellence.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
We are looking for candidates who are able to demonstrate skills and experience in some of the following:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- * Familiarity with advanced AI techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, reinforcement learning, and Generative AI (e.g., large language models, diffusion models, or generative adversarial networks).
- * Experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of large language models (LLMs) or other generative architectures.
- * Understanding of MLOps principles, including automated model training, CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
