Responsibilities
- check_circle Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
- check_circle Contribute to building and maintaining end-to-end ML/AI pipelines, from data preparation through production deployment.
- check_circle Develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI and LLM technologies.
- check_circle Work with one or more modern foundation models, such as GPT, Llama, Mistral, or similar models.
- check_circle Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and vector search solutions.
- check_circle Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
- check_circle Integrate ML models into production applications through REST APIs and microservices.
- check_circle Use Python and relevant ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- check_circle Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing software systems.
- check_circle Work with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- check_circle Implement model monitoring, performance evaluation, and basic MLOps practices.
- check_circle Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into practical AI/ML solutions.
- check_circle Stay current with emerging developments in AI, machine learning, and Generative AI.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation and validation, feature engineering, and statistics/probability fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ML framework, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Experience working with SQL and structured and unstructured datasets.
- Understanding of software development practices, including Git, APIs, testing, and debugging.
- Experience deploying applications or ML models in a cloud or production environment.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search, or NLP is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
