Role overview
AI Engineer
Basic qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in an AI or Machine Learning engineering role
- Handson experience with LLM frameworks and tools like LangChain LlamaIndex etc
- Expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem eg Pandas NumPy Scikitlearn
- Proven experience with one or more deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Handson experience with a major cloud platform AWS Azure or GCP for training and deploying machine learning models GCP Preferred
- Experience with generative AI and Large Language Models LLMs
- Proficiency in data analysis statistical modeling and machine learning theory
- Experience with containerization technologies eg Docker and deploying models as APIs
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Preferred qualifications
- Experience deploying models using API frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
- Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools for CICD model monitoring and lifecycle management
- A portfolio of projects or contributions to opensource AIML libraries
