Role overview

Responsibilities

• check_circle Design and build enterprise Generative AI capabilities.
• check_circle Engineer prompts, AI workflows and retrieval pipelines.
• check_circle Develop and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• check_circle Design AI evaluation frameworks and benchmark methodologies.
• check_circle Build high-quality datasets for AI validation.
• check_circle Continuously improve AI quality, accuracy and reliability.
• check_circle Prototype and evaluate new LLMs and AI technologies.
• check_circle Monitor AI behaviour in production and contribute to AI observability.

Basic qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• 18+ mths Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, reasoning and retrieval strategy and Engineering/LLM observability on an Entreprise-scale AI Gen project.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Proven track record working with AI engineering and LLM observability frameworks such as MLFlow, Langfuse, Arize.
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.

Preferred qualifications

• Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Vector Databases, Langfuse, Grafana AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
