Responsibilities

  • Participation à l'évolution d'une plateforme IA interne et delivery d'agents conversationnels

Basic qualifications

  • Maîtrise des architectures d'agents conversationnels Copilot Studio intégrés à Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Solides connaissances en LLM, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering
  • Expérience avec Frameworks d'orchestration, notamment Semantic Kernel (exigé) ou équivalent
  • Développement d'extensions custom : plugins, connecteurs, MCP
  • Compétences en Dataverse (modèle de données, requêtes, connecteurs)
  • Maîtrise de Power Automate, Dynamics 365 CE pour intégration et orchestration
  • Expérience sur Azure : AI Foundry, API Management, Azure Functions
  • Sensibilité DevSecOps, gestion Entra ID / RBAC / OAuth2
  • Langages principaux : Python (principal), C#, JavaScript
  • Contexte métier (must have) : Expérience ou appétence pour secteurs Finance, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Advisory
  • Capacité à travailler en binôme avec Product Owner / Business Analyst
  • Modalités et environnement de travail : Mission longue durée, démarrage ASAP (prévue pour 16 juin 2026)
  • Lieu : Paris 8e, en mode hybride 50/50 (2 jours télétravail/semaine)
  • Critères complémentaires : Veille active sur évolutions Copilot Studio / AI Foundry
  • Monitoring qualité réponses en production, optimisation coûts appels Dataverse et Copilot Studio
  • Connaissance appréciée de Microsoft Fabric, App Insights et observabilité

Preferred qualifications

  • Certifications souhaitées : AI-102, AI-900, AZ-204
  • Expérience en industrialisation, conception technique et delivery
