This role is perfect for an AI engineer who wants to move beyond proofs of concept and put their analytical skills and AI passion to work on innovative solutions for our existing and new clients that deliver real value.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, and CNNs for various client projects
- Work closely with our AI spin-offs, leveraging their expertise and products
- Join a small but mighty AI team where you'll collaborate with senior developers
- Have the freedom to explore and propose innovative solutions
- Potential to grow into a key AI consultant role
Basic qualifications
- You have hands-on experience with commercial AI projects.
- You're a natural problem-solver who finds ways to make things work.
- You can explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions rather than following strict instructions.
- You're fluent in Czech or Slovak (most of our clients are local).
- You're comfortable communicating in English.

- AI assisted engineering
- Python (scikit, Langchain, PyTorch, …)
- DevOps - Docker, kubernetes, CI/CD, Git
- AI model APIs (OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic)
