Responsibilities
- check_circle Design, build and maintain production-ready AI agents and Generative AI features using Python
- check_circle Develop and validate scalable LLM frameworks, including RAG, embeddings, vector stores, tool integration and orchestration
- check_circle Prototype and test new AI use cases, transitioning them into stable production features
- check_circle Integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, vector databases and external APIs into end-to-end workflows
- check_circle Ensure robust deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI components across environments
- check_circle Apply engineering best practices such as testing, CI/CD for AI pipelines, performance optimization and version control
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer or ML Engineer, including at least 2 years of hands-on Generative AI work
- Solid general Python programming skills, applied to backend development, AI workflows and API integrations
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, including prompt engineering and LLM application development
- Working knowledge of LangGraph or LangChain
- Experience building multi-agent systems and RAG solutions
- General understanding of how to evaluate and test non-deterministic systems
- Professional working proficiency in French
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency with Azure GenAI stack (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Cognitive Services)
- Experience with enterprise-grade production AI systems, including CI/CD, monitoring and performance tuning
- Knowledge of financial or trading environments
