Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, intelligent automation, AI, consulting, or solution architecture.
• Experience designing and delivering production-ready technical solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Experience engaging directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• API development and integration experience.
• Experience with Git and DevOps practices.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Shipped at least one production agent using tool/function calling.
• Built an eval harness for agent behavior.
• Worked with an agent SDK or orchestration framework.
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal direction.
• Builder mindset with a bias for action.
• Curious and continuously learning.
• Strong communicator capable of translating technical concepts to business audiences.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred qualifications

• MCP server development.
• Agent tracing and evaluation tooling.
• Agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or LangChain.
• Knowledge graphs.
• Vector databases and enterprise search technologies.
• Experience deploying AI in regulated or validated environments (GxP, SOX, HIPAA).

• Deliver multiple AI and automation solutions into production.
