About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Product Analytics to drive data-led decision making across the Paytm Ads platform. This role works closely with Product, Data Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to analyze product performance, user behavior, and campaign outcomes, translating data into actionable insights that improve advertiser and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
- check_circle Build and maintain automated dashboards and BI reports for key product and revenue metrics.
- check_circle Write advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- check_circle Analyze product usage, funnels, retention, and feature adoption to identify growth opportunities.
- check_circle Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation to measure product and campaign impact.
- check_circle Track and optimize digital marketing performance metrics such as CAC, ROI, CTR, and conversions.
- check_circle Translate business/product questions into structured analysis recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech from a reputed engineering institute
- Experience in Product Analytics, Management Consulting, Business Strategy, or Sales/Marketing Analytics roles.
- Strong SQL expertise for large-scale data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of product analytics, marketing metrics, funnels, and experimentation frameworks.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in AdTech / MarTech ecosystems is preferred but not mandatory.
