ABOUT SIMULMEDIA

Simulmedia is a TV advertising technology company helping brands and agencies reach audiences across linear TV, streaming (CTV), and in-game advertising. Our product suite — TV+, Skybeam, and PlayerWON — powers data-driven campaigns at scale. With ~100 employees across New York and Ukraine, we operate as a coordinated global team where Product and Engineering collaborate closely across both hubs.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a VP, Product Strategy & Operations to join our leadership team in New York. You will serve as the strategic and operational bridge between our US-based commercial organization and our Ukraine-based technology teams, ensuring the roadmap reflects business priorities and that execution stays tightly coordinated across geographies.

You will manage a team of Product Managers, collaborate with Design, Data Science, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing stakeholders, and partner closely with our SVP, Product Management and Chief Product & Technology Officer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive rigorous product operations: discovery process, GTM readiness, stakeholder feedback loops, and post-launch reviews

  • Own the product strategy for a portion of the customer journey: translate roadmap investments into clear business value for commercial stakeholders

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Designers; drive ownership, performance, and growth

  • Serve as the senior Product leader in US executive and commercial conversations

  • Partner with the SVP of Product Management and engineering leadership on company-wide product strategy, roadmap alignment, and goal execution

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 8+ years in product management or product strategy, with 2+ years at the Director level or above

  • Experience leading and developing a team of PMs in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Proven ability to operate at the executive level, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without full authority

  • Strong business acumen: You connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and pipeline outcomes

  • Experience bridging distributed teams; structured communication habits across time zones

  • Hands-on with AI-native tools (Cursor or Claude Code); you use them in your daily work and are eager to co-create an AI-forward culture across the product team

  • Comfort operating in a lean, high-ownership environment

  • Background in advertising technology, media, or marketing technology preferred; experience with both self-service and managed-service product models is a plus

WHY SIMULMEDIA

  • TV advertising is undergoing its biggest structural shift in decades; we are building the infrastructure that wins

  • Real VP-level ownership: you shape strategy, not just execute it

  • An exceptional product and engineering team across New York and Ukraine

$120,000 - $220,000 a year
